Tom very kindly leant me this bat for a few weeks to see me out the season.
I am very impressed by the bat. Its well balanced and feels nice in the hands. The pick up is fine, i initially thought it would feel heavy due to the wood posisitioning but it doesnt.
The splicing system does actually work, it allows you to hit the ball from much higher up on the bat and the ball still comes off nicely. It is much better from higher up than my fusion.
The bat is definately one for an agressive player, it is much easier to hit over the top with bat due to the extra leverage. However it doesnt really suit me as i tend to block the crap out of it, but even i found it easier to give the ball a whack!
