It is the festive time of year,
Where all at CBF flash their new gear,

A cold and windy, wet December,
That all England fans don't wish to remember,

As the ashes have slipped away,
And poor old Swanny has had his day,

At 3-0 down we play for our pride,
Some new boys along if just for the ride,
The Boxing Day test all covered wearing pink,
Let's hope we do better than the last 3 tests stink,

With beverages sunk and food to devaur,
I'm off out in just over an hour,

So all that remains for me to say,
Is drink and be Merry and enjoy this fine day,
