Hi guys, for your information..... no that was not me.
Don't punish my client with a banned post - he was doing nothing wrong, no different to most other people on here.

Looking forward to the ashes.......

It may be innocent but having your only 2 posts on a forum about a smaller relatively unknown australian company is a little suspicious.

why register just to post about focus cricket?

Having seen the product it looks quite good, so why not apply for sponsorship to advertise your brand like other people do they may be a waiting list but do it properly like other people on here do . There is no way that post was not linked or scripted to highlight focus cricket.

surely the admin boys can check the backend of CBT client list and see it has no link to my name or email addresses.... i thought that would have been the first thing done by the CBF police :):)
I'm too busy running 3 businesses to worry about playing funny games on here...... a close associate of mine, sent me a message about the post, so i thought i would check it out.

Love the forum....

I don't think anyone thinks it is you Vivid.

If someone wants to post about a brand i'm all for it but others have been stopped so there is consistency applied to the forum ......... otherwise it would be a free for all and no forum sponsors would pay as they can just post freely and the forum would close due to lack of funds.

I was a client of Focus Cricket and thought I would promote the brand for offering excellent service for a top quality product, I'm new to the forum and reading some of the other posts I hope I haven't done anything wrong, but if I have, I am sorry for any offence.

Fair play, i understand that.....
but on the otherside of the coin, its ok for people to talk about GM, Kooka, GN, etc and these guys wouldn't give a hoot about CBF....

GM and GN are both well represented on this forum, in case you didn't know mate.

only by proxy. What happens if I buy a Charlie French? His bats are stocked by the paying retailers on the forum.

I think "promote" is the issue here. Had the posts been a bat review interchanged with comments elsewhere then nobody would of minded. However the first 2 posts were pretty much plugs for a little known brand (in the UK no offence) which is highly unusual and prompted the action we took. It's been further compounded by the brand jumping onto CBF to defend his client/brand. To me this looks dodgy, even if it isn't.

I'm going to lock this thread.

Vivid Green - please go through the sponsor channels if you wish to have a presence on this forum.
LeeClarkson - apology accepted, have a look around the forum, post a bat review and get involved.
Lazza32 or anybody else. Happy for you to post a new topic on your thoughts about brands not on here but mentioned.
