does anyone know of companys who design cricket pads and gloves for your brand and put your logo on the equipment

Your best speaking to the manufacturer direct as they will have a catalogue of stock designs that you can look at and use as a template to make your own adjustments from.

If your looking to design from scratch it will be a long process and sampling will be costly and time consuming....from experience.
