Shoulder of my match bat (Black Cat Shadow) cracked few weeks ago . Its a beauty, weighs 2lb 7oz and picks up like a twig. So went bat shopping for a light bat.
Few weeks back, OLS had a deal on SF Optimus for 175, very enticing especially when it sells for around 300. After reading and watching some reviews, decided to go for it. Ordered the bat more than 2 weeks back. They got wrong bat from SF so a new order had to be placed which they recieved today. I was a bit disappointed with the delay but the bat I will be getting looks great as per the bat pics shared with me today. So I am a little less upset now . Except the delay, service was pretty good. Got reply to every email I sent which was atleast one per day
Below are some pics I got today. I have been told its 2lb 8oz, 10 grains, 42 mm edges. I will add more details after I get the bat next week.







Update....

The bat arrived today. Its an excellent bat, cant rate it any higher. Ping and pickup are excellent. Picks up better than my SS DK19.
Weighs 2lb 8oz, edges - 42 mm, spine - ~64 mm. It has little concaving but not too much. And the bat coffin bat cover is awsome. Its a steal for 175.
OLS has delivered a great product, service was OK but i would highly recommend just for the quality of the product.

Yes used it in a T20 game but had to go back to my rain bat as it started to drizzle. Impressed so far. I took off the toe guard and its now little over 2lb 7oz.
Picks up little heavier than my 2lb 7oz Blackcat but i guess I just need to get used to it.
