Pick up is great i guess the moisture content might be very low but looking at it no cracks or anything and just simply pings like the clappers.

This is some bat, unbelievable for 2.8 but looks pretty dry, though dryness won't be factor for a "Player".

I might refurbish this MSD bat get it looking new

Nope agree it has been baked in India and Dubai and latterly Pakistan so it has had some nice weather and moisture content will be right down no doubt about that.

Wonderful offer so I thank you for that. I have 2 bats though and as I can only use one at a time that is plenty for me for the time being.

If that's the case, then won't it add some weight now it's in Blighty?

Would you need to give a good coat of oil to lock out the moisture?

Oh, I was thinking, it's much drier and warmer in London. I could look after it for you. you know, to keep it dry. I won't use it much (honest).
