arm ball?

anyone see how Benn bowled williamson? pretty clever arm ball? or one that he wanted to turn but the ball just didn't? trying to reverse-engineer how he may have bowled it, but so far i got nothing.

having gone over the replays, looks like instead of giving it a huge rip, he just let his fingers go over the ball gently - still making it look (from the batsman's perspective) that the ball is being spun (the seam is still spinning like a conventional off break), but the absence of a solid rip, making it pitch and go on with the arm. impressive deception.
