Being a level 1 coach i feel your stance bit odd but if you are comfortable then nothing matters. I see you playing lot of lofty shots and your weight falling in front.
Also you shots lacks a bit power.Raising your bat , bending a bit more and moving you front foot in line to the ball will improve overall.
