I'm with Buzz on this one. The only bowlers I fear are the quick ones who have no idea where its going. Netting last week, we have a very quick youngster, and he will bowl the odd beamer (completely accidentally), but it doesn't make you want to bat against him anymore!

From a keeping point of view I'd say the loose spinner, the one who throws in a quicker ball that nearly always pins me.

I'm with Buzz.

But I also hate really good bowlers who can figure me out and bowl at my huge blind spot.

I also have particular dislike for those very slow bowlers but only in 20/20 matches (especially when batting first). I can't be alone in this because we have someone who is (in)famous in these parts for bowling incredibly slow deliveries and he is deadly in evening matches but he then gets absolutely hammered on Saturdays.

Generally if I can get through a couple of overs, I then get myself out although often it's in quite unusual ways.

Those slow medium pacers...the ball seems to take an eternity to reach you and it is usually pitched up as well...

Slow bowling of all varieties for sure.

In fact I get a lot of comments on how well I play pace (because I play the cut, pull and hook instinctively) but how I'm completely at the opposite end of the scale when playing spin in particular.

I think I've almost lost the battle before the bowler has even started to run up - As I think oh no, not this rubbish. Part of my mental game I need to work on as I'd imagine pro's thinking here is my chance to break free.

Definitely left arm over the wicket bowlers, don't mind inswingers but balls that angle across me are awful!

Many will laugh when they see this. Off spin . I don't know what happens to me when I see a proper off spinner ..

still haven't figured out how to play them unless they bowl under your nose .
