I've found Android Cricket Scorer which is free or the Plus version for £3 by Tim Carter to be the most straightforward apps that have all the features you need, such as wagon wheels but are easy to use.
CricHQ app I've tried but despite the league I score for having its fixtures pre loading into it, with squads already set up etc, and having been on CricHQ's training session, I can't get on with it and it quite buggy in that you can get stuck on particular pages mid game and you can't exit it, no use in the middle of a match. So it promises alot of features but doesn't manage to be good enough at it's core task of scoring.
