Nice straight run up and decent action.
May be the facilities but it almost seems in slow mo (or is it?)

Try hitting the crease harder and keeping your delivery stride as part of the run up.
As a spinner I might be talking excrement, but that's what our club coach tells the quicks haha  ;)

What do you mean by keeping delivery stride part of the run up

You seem to slightly slow down into it, keep it as a smooth, flowing action and you'll hit the crease harder in turn.

Use your front arm more to power through, hit the crease harder resulting in a better follow through.
