Having spent all season waiting for these to come down in price, as I can't justify spending loads on my bats when I bat further down the order, the news that this model wouldn't be part of Kook's 2015 range was welcome. A quick browse on pro direct found this 450 model, for sale at £82. A few clicks later and it was ordered.
The bat came today, and it looks like a good one from my point of view-7 straightest grains, and a nice ping off the mallet. It's a little lighter than my 2 GM bats (one Epic, one Purist), but feels good in the hand. Both of my other bats have 2 grips on them, but I may not bother with this one, as it feels ample with just one grip, although I may experiment through the winter to see whether I prefer it with one or two grips.

It'll have the necessary oiling and knocking on over the next couple of weeks, before it goes into winter nets to play in in November.
Fingers crossed it goes as well as it looks!
