Sorry, should have asked if anyone had any experience with Warsop not info. In the market for a new stick and the Warsop Platinum and Venom bats look nice. Just in the research stage at the moment as I haven't bought a bat in seven years.

I've personally used a 5* although they are now named something else i believe. Fantastic bat for the price. I believe some people have had mixed success with Warsop bats in the past but I would recommend them.

There are also sponsors that will make you an equally high quality bat for an excellent price.

I have had a few (Marlin, 2 x Platinums and a venom) and never a real dud. As has been said on here before, they can take a while to open up - it is worth persevering and knocking in for a long time to start.  I also think it is worth the effort of going to the Farm to go through their selection - they used to have a good side room full of bats and didn't mind you looking for as long as you liked to find the right bat.  Good value for most of the range. Not a massive fan of the Inspire 152's stickers.

On a side note, took a lot of sledging for the stickers on the Marlin.

Sounds great, please do mention a few to look at. I have been looking at B3 and must say I am impressed by them.

Must agree with you about the stickers. Not great. Only the platinum and venom stickers worth considering.

They make very good bats mate. If you're Essex based and can get down there to try a few out it'll be worth it. Also give consideration to the sponsors on here - Aldred and H4L would be my personal choice.

Tony makes some great bats. Go for years and some get better with age! One is now 5 years old and had 2 refurbs and is possibly the best bat i own now the toes fixed.

I know what it's like to have had a bat for so long, my current D&P made in Cape Town is still going strong after 7 years and is still the best bat I have ever used. Almost afraid I wont find anything to match up to it.
