Just an elbow pad really looking at that mate. No forearm protection at all.

I could get one of those from a diy store if that was the case ha ha

Pidge

I wore a arm guard for the first time yesterday (thanks 123* for the gift) and it took about 5 minutes to get used to it .  It a Stretton and fits well and was impressed and in a strange way felt it was aligning me up a bit better??

I didn't notice I had one on till a bumper the usual indoor spitter type struck me.

Will keep wearing it I think

Cheers pal. I'm seeing if anyone's got one going on here but if not I'm looking at the aero one to try.

I'll get some serious banter for it but if it gets me lining up correctly indoors ill be happy.

Think its obviously a mental thing but anything that helps I'm happy to try

I also use the Aero guard if playing the higher grades. I almost had an arm broken 2 seasons ago.

I picked the Aero "bubble" logo off and use it plain white. You will get some stick for wearing an arm guard but it's better than the alternative. Perhaps also crank up the pace on the bowling machine in the nets and develop your technique to quick, short bowling if you are facing it regularly.
