Does anyone know any suppliers of extra long handles? Tried the mongoose website with no luck, so any other help appreciated.

JS Wright will sell you Long handles without an account but you'll probably need to buy 15-20 at a time.

All handles are a standard length - that's why I suggested Charlie. It's the blade length that makes it in to a LH or LB.

When not making my own, I buy two sizes from JS Wrights, sold as LH or SH, The LH is physically longer and is the handle I use for LH bats whilst maintaining the same length splice in the blade.

You can get longer handles for standard length clefts I  know a well known batmaker who makes them.

Im going to stick my neck out and say that mongoose didnt actually use an extra long handle.

If you compare splice position they are the same as a 'normal' bat, the difference is just a drop in the shoulders, meaning an extra long handle is not needed.

Wasn't the bat spliced into the handle rather than the traditional handle spliced into the bat too??

Just seen a photo of a stripped down mongoose and it is a regular short handle with the shoulders taken right down. Not what I expected. Plan for a mutant bat out the window. Sorry for wasting folks time, thanks for the replies tho
