Anybody used these gloves?

How soft are they? Is the weird grip on the palms better than octopus?

Is the XRD padding better than usual padding?

Thanks

I've used them this season. They are very thin but I haven't had any bruising this season from the quicks like I did with the Legends. I use the XRD inners too which are fairly thick. The grip is very good when new. I have been using mine a lot this year and they are starting the wear now but I will just use these for practice from now on and keep my other pair for games only.

They do take a little getting used to. They feel a little wider than normal so you have to overlap them a little more but this doesn't actually reduce the catching area.

The flexibility is the best thing about them, no need to break them in more than one or two sessions to get used to the slight difference. I am thinking of getting a third pair to cover me for 2017.

I've been using the 'club' model which I got online for £20 recently and they are doing the job nicely.  These ones do feel thin but the finger end protection is ok.  They are quite a snug fit even in Mens and I don't have the biggest of hands so might be worth trying them on first.

Icewolf-

Bat handle wise I personally feel that it is a bit gimmicky.  I felt no appreciable difference compared with conventional bat designs.

Keeping gloves wise I have found impact absorbtion to be noticably better than conventional gel offerings
