Batting Pads

Hi guys,
Had Gray Niccs stuff for a while now, and feeling a chance coming on - no reason other than my money is burning a hole in my pocket, and what better than to buy some gear I don't need...
Noticed New Balance TC1260 Pads & Gloves are at a good discount at the moment; has anybody got experience of these? I'm only 5ft 9/10 area, and have noticed that Gray Niccs pads are slightly short, and that GM pads are rather large! So wondering on sizing, weight, etc.
Thanks!

I'm about 5'8" and bought a set of new balances in the end of season sales in 2015. I had youths size and they were fine - not sure what the mens are like. The outer coating did rub off pretty quickly on areas that got rubbed though (insides of each pad, side padding on gloves etc).
I've just got some H4L customs though and they are beautiful (and in the sale..)
