Lovely work, any particular reason to why the spine ended where it did?
What do you mean?

I'm guessing that the spine looks to stop quite high up on the blade.
At least from the angle that that photo has been taken from.

The stickers could do with a bit more love. Top effort all round though.

Sorry yeah, seems like spine ends really high up atleast in the pics I would guess good 5-6 inches above the toe so was just wondering the reasoning behind it...lovely work btw

No reason as such. It looks ok in the flesh but I thought it may help with the balance as it's was a heavy cleft. Do you feel that it's to high? I would like to run the spine right through the toe but I have ended up with a toe that's too thin. I gave it up as it was becoming a rather expensive mistake to make

Spine running to the toe is a personal preference and I would personally want it that way but I do see your reasons.

I do think you have done a great job so keep it up. What's the finished weight on her

Looks really good far more finessed than the club I've just finished. Regarding binding I've made a manual jig which is ok but still not ideal.

Good job mate! Edges could have been more rounded. Similar to what GM icon series has.
