its a joke for 99% of cricket users, however there are the 1% that will so there is a market for it.

Yes thats maybe why the best 1 percent of the willow  available is used to make the top end Legend.

I dont agree with charging £750 but people will buy it and thats why they make it. However whatever the price is, it is a lovely bit of wood

As far as I am aware made at Robertsbridge: Prototypes and Pros Bats.
All other bats  GN factory in India.

The custom mades we have arranged in the past are made at Robertsbridge. @madebygraynics regularly tweet the progress of the bats we get them to make, something @iand123 can confirm as they involved him completely in production of his Nemesis.

Whenever they have a shortage of a certain model they may produce a small batch to meet demand in the UK rather than wait for a drop from India. I had some Lucky 7's available before official release date, as well as some Nemesis and Vortex bats that (whilst not being able to say for certain as it isn't my place to) I am confident were UK made. The differences are subtle but easy to spot when you know what you're looking for.

Not sure why this topic about the Legends price tag has been made now. This is the price they have been for a year now. This is also an RRP, we sold 2 Legends this season at our price of £550. Considering Kookaburra offer a bat at a similar price, that isn't as classy looking or lazer engraved, I know which i would prefer if i was to spend that amount on a bat.

I can vouch for what jake has said. The entire nemesis experience I had with vitas and GN was excellent. Tweeted pictures and progress, they even stamped my children's initials onto the shoulders of the bat as it was a Father's Day present :-)
