How long is a bit of string?

It depends on a number of factors. Willow suitability, busy-ness of the batmaker at the time, requirements of the customer, etc.

Generally the bats we've had made have arrived in a couple of weeks or so.

I would vouch for getting your H4L bat through Jake @Vitas Cricket . I got my H4L Devil from him and the service and communication was top notch.
