A little B3 Bonus
« on: March 10, 2016, 08:24:06 PM »

Got a little knock on the door last night, quite late.  A club-mate was passing and said "remember that bat I borrowed, well, here it is back.  Sorry it took so long".

Bonus.  I had totally forgot about this little beauty from last season (think I picked it up off Outlaw maybe). Was looking a little worse for wear, the scuff sheet looking tired and a small compression crack on the toe for the rubbish balls used in his league.

Spent the next hour after he had gone removing the scuff, a little gluing, some sanding and re-oiling.

Got in tonight to find it looking good.  A little tap up and it goes well.Definitely going to cracking it out at nets next week.

Weights a smidge under 2:12, so definitely going to get back up to using those weights by the summer.

Honestly, I'm not sure.

It was around the time I tore my hamstring and I just bagged up all my kit in the shed. Come winter, forgot about it.

I'd not have remembered if he hadn't given me it.

I believe I have a ton, a NB and a b3 that is currently lent out.

If forgotten about the NB until I asked him where he got it from at first nets this winter and he said "you, you moron" oh yeah.......

First how could you forget about a bat? It's a bat for god's sake not a wife or a kid.
That's an awesome looking Stripe 1.
