So I broke my last and 3rd bat since xmas on Saturday.

I have around a �100 budget, what are your recommendations? I need something that is 2.8 and pings. Not bothered about grains size etc.

Already tried Redback for a seconds bat, with no luck.

First time I've something negative about a Redback. What don't you like about it?

What you might not like about it, someone else might and it could help you trade.

Nothing wrong with Redback bats, they just never had any seconds when I asked.

What bats have you been using to go through 3 since Christmas and were they purchased new as 3 bats breaking in such a short space of time is really unlucky!

Powerbow, GN Scoop and a Newbery Series 1.

Neither were brand new but i was not expecting to buy another bat so soon!

There are a few guys on here that sometimes do "storm damaged" or net bats at around the money you are looking at but these tend to be one offs as and when they have the willow to make them. With your luck at the moment some of these do not come with any type of warranty so you would be running the risk of them breaking again.

There is always the ebay/gumtree route also and there is a forum on eBay bargains so would be a good idea to keep a lookout on there too.

Buy a CA or any asian brand...they are not bad.

Take a look at Kookaburra's 2016 range.. they got some nice bats like Onyx & Verve in lower grades which will fit your budget. I would recommend buying it from IJC or Vitas as they handpick their bats.

@Blank Bats could probably do you a Net bat for �125 if you're willing to stretch your budget. Just have a look on their thread and you can see some of the net bats on offer. Definitely worth a look or messaging Tai.

I have a 2 8 bat, has no stickers bought it from Pakistan and its new, you can have it for �85 if interested. It pings well and balance is just like top end bats.
