This is like Dirty Harry's 44 Magnum. A 9 mm will do the job, but who cares.

Haha perfect analogy there mate

Final video - mate's GN 50 Plus post knock vs my 6.5 Oz lighter B3 bat. No surprises. One hits the roof constantly and mine doesn't.

I know there's a weight difference but are you disappointed in the B3 or is the GN just extra good?

Nah, I can't use a bat like the 50 Plus. I want to make runs not hit garage roofs. My B3 was made for me, bespoke. It's 2.83 convex and and pings from the toe to the splice. Additionally it hasn't seen a net yet and will take a few nets to loosen up. I can play 100 percent of my shots with it to all parts of the field. I'm old and slow and need a wand to work my magic, not a Magnum. Only sixes I hit are six packs after the match.

Got to hold a 50+ and the XP80 today at GCCC Brisbane. Unbelievable bats and like everyone says (50+) doesn't feel like a 2.15 bat. I could actually use it but wouldn't attempt a pull shot. The XP80 felt beautiful. The ones I picked up were all over 2.11 but felt like 2.7 (Actually 2.7).

Two unreal bats.

Hearing big rumours about numbers being made   approx 250 available  current orders are at about 1000 , looks like a lot of guys missing out  or getting an xp80 instead , not seen them on the shelves yet  & suspect you won't

called into my local kingsgrove today , 2 50+ bats were out the back , both sold , they are remarkably similar to the warner kabooms , only bigger , & they ping like a (No Swearing Please) , awesome sound , you want to be the king of the kids then track 1 down quickly , also had the steve smith replica new balance , very tight grains , square toe , lovely ping , but at over 1000aus it should be , profile like a gn legend from about 4 years ago.
