Looking for a fitness program, that maybe has been made for county player or national teams.
Trying to find a program, that give you speed, strength and agility, with out making you unmobile (Bodybuilder type)
Any of you guys, maybe have using a training program beside cricket?

through the winter months, my training program is generally red wine through the week for endurance and guinness at the weekends for bulk. When the season gets here, I move to rose and lager, just to keep things ticking over as I dont want to impact my match performance.

I had one tailor made for myself once......when i get home i will trawl through my documents to see whether i still have it, if so i will pass it on.

But to be honest, there is a wealth of information on the internet and your gym instructors should have enough knowledge to help you put together a decent training programme that is specific to a cricketer.

I know a few players within my local county set-up, i can try and get their programm for you......just give  me a bit of time.

http://www.netfit.co.uk/crickettrainingprogram.htm

This programme isnt overly specific to the cricketer (in my opinion) - but it works on the basic muscles you should be using- it may be of some help
