Just wanted to float the idea of doing a leaderboard for runs/wickets during the season. The rough idea is:-
Separate topics for:-
Batting Leaderboard for the Serious Batters - based on Average to stop somebody (Adi) scoring millions of runs in millions of games. End of season criteria is a min of 500 runs
Bowling Leaderboard for Bowlers - based on Average but minimum of 20 wickets
Most improved Batsman - to qualify the batting average has to be below 10 last season, criteria 150 runs based the difference between this seasons average and last seasons average
Fun Leaderboard - Ducks spring to mind!
Admin reserve the right to chuck out any ringers!
People post to the topic weekly updates and we compile a leaderboard once a week, ideally a Monday/Tuesday and amended accordingly if we miss anybody. Not supposed to be too time consuming, we just need people to post:-
Full Name - 5 innings - 1 not out - 231 runs - avg 23
Full Name - 40 overs - 200 runs - 10 wickets - avg 10
Most improved as above but Last seasons avg added at the end and difference.
