Avatars can't be uploaded. Directory not writable

Hi Admin's,

I was think if this problem can be solved, I want to upload a pic for my avatar but can't. Shows error "Directory not writable". May be give correct permission to directory like 755

assuming you've tried uploading your picture onto photobucket and in the personalized picture section you selected "specify avatar by URL" and then you copy and paste the photobucket direct link like so http://i1360.photobucket.com/albums/r659/FRCCWoody/dunamis_zpsekxdgdfe.jpg

I tried uploading from my PC. That's when error showed,

Edit: I linked it via remote URL now
