Hi guys,
Is there anyone out their able to provide a team to play in our charity day on this Sunday (30th)?
Mine and @simonmay5's team are running our annual charity day, this year choosing MIND as our charity. We have a bar, large tea, and a bake off competition organised, as well as a raffle, but our opposition have pulled out so the day could be cancelled which would be a real shame. The plan was to do a Test Match T20 style day with each team having 2x 20 over innings, but happy to change this to a straight 40 over game starting at 1pm, though this can be negotiated too. Will be very friendly game played in the right spirits at a Medium-Weak level, all in aid of a great cause. There will also be some lovely willow on show from Simon if that's any further encouragement. The ground postcode is ME15 0RR; a lovely little ground with a new pavilion.
