Bat making 1939 Style
« on: October 09, 2017, 10:47:16 AM »

Just found this on the BFI site. The first 2.5 minutes show an old London bat making factory. Suspect the press is still being used somewhere.

I know it's been posted before but here's Duncan Fearnley and Dennis Amiss from 1974. Interesting to hear Amiss talk about more weight in the top of the blade for high bouncing pitches.

And here's the archive of old cricket stuff that they have. Some great old movies here.
