Ok well heres a video of my after a training session in the nets facing the bowling machine...
(I had played nice and straight in training so i thought it was time for some fun) 

First few balls are lovely... 55mph just short of a length
Then they decide to crank it up to around 70 odd... and im "no kevin peterson" as they keep saying!
Then we get the aussie overseas player feeding it at around 80mph just popping the balls in and not holding it up lol!
PS. I was quite proud of the shot at 6mins .35secs lol

Isnt it nice you can hear them all laughing when they say its only 55mph when its more like 80!
Well at the end you get to see me being an idiot trying to smack the ball out of the net so enjoy!

ok a update, the link works now but the quality is far from good all i see is leo dancing down the wicket and then hear a ping from the stumps being smashed
