Are kooks continuing with the coloured pads? hopefully they have opted to include small mens/youth sizes as well

Yes Kook are still doing coloured, youth in the flare range, GN are doing a prestige range in youth/mens and GM are doing pre order colour as well

waiting on the club deciding what colour t20 kit they want for next year, will be black, green, or (hopefully not) yellow

will be keeping an eye on pro direct as they occasionally have coloured pro pads on there

Surprised why we have such few options for colored pads. With increasing T20s all around the world, we should have more colored options from the big brands. Good to hear GN and GM are taking steps in this direction, even though limited.
