Polishing/Finishing
« on: September 26, 2018, 05:46:23 PM »

All,
I’m really struggling to polish and get a good finish on refurbs. I have tried numerous mops on my polishing machine but all come out pretty rubbish. I have used menzerna gw16 and beeswax as the polish but still look bad. Gone down to 800 grit sanding.
Any help and process would be much appreciated
Thanks.

To get the perfect finish its best to use a specialist finishing paper such as KLINGSMOR 320 PL  31 L and sand as normal but it's not usually available from D IY stores such as B&Q.
Get mine from a company called Howard Lee  tools  Old Hill West Midlands. Tel :  01384       564122
