I'm trying to put together an order of helmet badges for my club and being the type to overthink it all I can't quite figure out what size to order. Currently I'm thinking 70mm across and 60mm high, however, it seems the trend for badges in the last few years is to be smaller than they were and that size might look too large. Although the smaller badges might just be because the majority of helmets are now masuri and shrey which have a bigger 'forehead' in comparison to the smaller albion.
Has anyone ordered any badges or had the club logo stitched in, if so what was the size of them. Thanks.
