Extra Finger Protection

Wondering if anyone can help me, recently in the nets got wrapped on the finger and its pretty sore. Was just wondering if anyone knew were to buy the extra protection for your index fingers similar to the GM gloves. I remember seeing a Gareth Batty video were he said he got some added to his gloves to protect his spinning fingers
