Companies in India usually make them, so you will have to order quite a few and pay a decent price in postage

You will find most are reluctant to reveal their suppliers.
It's poor business practice to inform your customers where they can buy what you are selling somewhere else at cost price.

 If you're just after unbranded sets for personal use then Online Stockist as previously mentioned are probably the most time and cost effective way of doing that. If you are after customised soft goods then the best way to go about it would be a thorough Google search.

I have a pair of navy pads from Online Stockist and I rate rhem higher than the Newbery SPS pads I bought at the same time
