Guys,
I sweat buckets and when I say that, I mean it. I have weighed myself before and after games and I can easily lose a kilo in sweat on a hot day. When I look down at my guard in my stance, sweat pours down at the peak of the helmet! This has ruined my helmets and I am fed up with lids building too-much heat.

I am in the market for a new lid as my old ones stink bad - I have washed them with soap water with no improvements.

I am considering following three options:
1. Masuri Original Test MK2 titanium
2. Masuri Vision Series Test Titanium
3. Shrey Masterclass 2.0

I want to get perspective of those who sweat crazy like me and what they use to protect their head.

There are some earlier threads about this. Basically you have to use a special sweat absorbing headband. For me it is fine to use a nike or slazenger head band from sports direct, but there are some more expensive ones on the market that channel sweat down the side of your face. I don't think I ever lost a kilo batting, but maybe I didn't ever bat long enough 😂

The only one on the list that offers any sort of ventilation is the Masuri Vision Series.

I have both options 1 and 3. I sweat far more in the masuri than in the shrey. Don't ask me why and both lids look similar in design. But the shrey is more comfortable on a hot day for sure!!

It worries me as someone who also sweats buckets that there is talk of the neck guard becoming mandatory further enclosing the helmet and makung over heating an even greater problem

I have invested in two helmets for similar reasons, worked out well for me so far.

Had a look there are different ones. Which one do you use?
