I prefer cash. You collect cash and pay the umpires cash since they don't accept online payments.

As treasurer less hassle with   cash  you know you who's paid and you have cash to pay out

Cash and Sumup - and we surcharge them for using the machine to teach them to bring cash  ;)

My club uses an app called Slate - no idea what it’s like from the admin’s point of view, but as a player paying the match fees it’s very straightforward indeed so I’d highly recommend it

We either pay cash or via bank transfer.

We also have the option of paying a lump sum at the start of the season and then never having to pay match fees. Works out if you play 10 games a year or more the lump sum is cheaper.

Cash, bank transfer and PayM are what I use for collection of fees.

We offer cash, bank transfer or they can pay at the bar via izettle.

There have been a few threads on here discussing various ePOS solutions for cricket clubs - izettle definitely helps us to maximise bar takings.

Slate, started using it this year, it’s a doddle to run, easy for players to set up/use and can be also used for ad hoc things like kit payments or tickets to the end of season dinner etc

I would recommend izettle.  Simple to use and processing fees are low.  Certainly made a difference in getting money out of those who would always turn up without cash
