2020 range stickers
« on: October 22, 2019, 11:55:00 AM »

New range of 2020 stickers just launched by Ca on instagram. Personally i wish they hadn't done that. New stickers look ugly.

Not the stickers that are bad - it's the white label and barcode!

How are these any worse than their previous offerings?

CA stickers have never exactly been an epitome of class, have they...

Not that previous ones were any good but CA has reached new level of terribleness with 2020 stickers.

Well done!

I dont know about others but those stickers covering the spine and the "on your face" plus 10000 and plus 8000 stickers make me want to vomit! These legitimately look like tape ball cricket bats now

^ They look fine to me. How would you re-design them if given the opportunity?

It is easy to print your own stickers and put them on your favorite bats. Ruling out a quality product simply because of a sticker is your own loss. I'd rather see the bats laser engraved with some bar code/serial number, cosmetics should be left up to the owners.

Offcourse everyone is entitled to their opinion. Personally i hate the new design. They would've done well to keep the design similar to their SM18 and DG dragon range which i love. Offcourse there will be people who love this new design too and good on 'em

They really need to consider every possible connotation of the phrase 'less is more'

Presumed it was in the Pakistani constitution that if you made cricket bats you had to put horrific stickers on them.

Okay, I take it back... if only they would have eased off on the back and kept it simple... ***shakes head***

It may be the thing within the Asian market but they sho9udl have different stickers for export! Real shame though as they make lovely bats!

Good thought but it will be a challenge as they cater to the Asian market in the subcontinent as well as to the Asian market which is present globally.

I do not think big stickers would be a thing in Asian market, people either wants to have something which resembles to what their favorite player is using or what costs reasonable.

Big and flashy stickers  are there to hide defects or imperfection on the cleft, if big and flashy was a thing then they should be been doing it more on the very top end bats as well (at least this is what I think )
