Hi all,

My club Wivenhoe Town needs players. We are located just outside Colchester.

We are a small club that tends to punch above its weight, we play in the Two Counties League across Essex and Suffolk. We have 2 Saturday sides, 1sts in Division 1 and 2nds in Division 4. Division 1 is the feeder to the East Anglian Premier league so its a good standard with clubs (including ours) having overseas pros.

We also have a Sunday XI which play league cricket and midweek play in the League T20 comp which we got to Finals day last season.

We have over 100 colts coached and playing throughout the season.

We are a very social club and have a cricket week and Music Festival every year.

If anyone is looking for a new club or moving/ed to the area please drop me a message. @Canners from the forum also plays at Wivenhoe. A number of the forum members play in the 2 counties also.

@six and out Good club, good pitch and good bunch at people. Highly recommend anyone interested in playing cricket from around that area consider joining Wivenhoe Town.
