Training aids thread

Anyone used one of these? Looks like the old ball on a string but much better:

Also, what are collective thoughts on rebound nets?

I have one I set up in the garden.  It is more for a bit of fun for me than for serious practice but it would be a useful piece of kit for younger players to develop hand eye coordination

Rebound nets are very good training aids for giving players volume of catches

I don't see the point in them.
You can put a tennis ball on a string and hang it from a washing line or branch or anything else for pennies.

Rebound nets are brilliant.

I am not convinced by the catchit boards (but I have one)

The single stumps with spikes in are invaluable.

Having a fielding practice bat is really useful.

A used ball + 3mm Polythread from local hardware store and some nice setting. That's how I do it :D
