Filler for Bats
« on: August 01, 2010, 12:48:24 PM »

Chaps,

Ive removed stickers from my AS bat and there seems to be a tiny strip(0.5cm) of wood missing close to the splice.
What can I use to fill this in as ive always heard of filler being used but never seen it.
Is it best not to bother at all or shall I fill this in and what should I use?  ???

Cheers, P

Wood filler would be the obvious suggestion but if it's on the splice it not going to effect the performance of the bat

Now i have to get ird of the marks from the old stickers so i guess a light sanding and oiling is the only option

Filler will not improve anything so leave natural.
