We have special extra large envelopes, which have a bubble wrap lining.  The covers aren't bent/rolled to have to fit in as the envelopes are so large.  Cost more than normal ones, and more to send, but they are the best way of sending them...

SOme people do do £4/5. It has to be said that if people can't get any off these people, place cat prices get more reasonable if you buy in bulk..!
