Best Protective gear.
« on: October 04, 2010, 12:04:22 PM »

Right, i'm looking to buy some top line protective gear for the winter and into 2011 season.
i have contacted Steve Remfry in Aus and had a quote for inner and outer thighs making. £££££  8)
just wondered if anyone knew of / preferred other equipment that can offer a similar level of protection and comfort before i commit to skint myself.

cheers

Strippers, not custom fit but fantastic protection and fit if you want to save £50 odd!

Ace feet in motion (i think thats their name) protection is meant to be top notch

Buchanan Thigh Guards are meant to be good too

just 3 i think it might be worth looking into!

Thigh pads are the very last thing I'd spend money on, Box, Gloves, Pads, Helmet and then Thigh Pads.

I have a full set of Inner and Outer Buchanan pads if you are after top end.

If you call them they will do the Inner and Outer Thigh Guard, They post you out a cardboard cut out and you need to cut it down to shape,
