GM customer service
« on: November 26, 2009, 04:01:26 PM »

I know this is echoing what has previously been said but Gunn and Moore's customer service is absolutely outstanding. Steve Wilkinson is a really nice and helpful guy and knows his stuff. I really recommend going to them of you have a GM bat!

I have a bat (non GM) that may need a repair doing.
I contacted GM (it may have been Steve, but cant remember off hand) and he was great.
He took his time and explained everything, and didn't rush or give the impression thhat he didnt have time to talk to me.
So I will say that from the brief experience I have had with them, I also found them VERY helpful!!
