Gloves
« on: February 23, 2011, 03:57:53 PM »

I currently have some Australian edition Puma Ballistic 4000 batting gloves and love them! I used them throughout the the 2009 season. Then during the winter before the 2010 season I accuired kook kahuna mayhem's, then RP's, then puma evo 5000's pro edition. I used all of these gloves and didn't like them as much as the pumas and sold them. Then during the 2010 season i bought some 2010 puma evo 4000 gloves, these were great and felt great. But I went back to my ballistics after a few games and stuck with them. Basically, they are now a bit worn. I bought some Blade 950's before christmas, these look great but I don't like the feel. I wear inners and with the pittards palm it feels really thick and i don't get the feel i want.

So, with the ballistic getting on now I am looking to sell the blades to buy another pair. But which pair!

I am looking at the Kookaburra Kahuna 600 2011 gloves, they have calf skin palms like the pumas and fit in with the colours on my pads (kook rp, yes I like to colour coordinate!).

Has anyone tried these gloves? If so, what are they like?

Thanks

I know the feeling mate, used my Canterbury ones for a few years now and they're on their last legs. My problem is finding gloves that little bit bigger as I'll buy some and even after wearing them in they're still on the small side as I have large hands.

ProWannabe's Ayrtek gloves might be worth a punt.
