Anyone slagging off Matt Prior at the minute clearly hasn't a clue, he has worked hard at his game. the keeping is coming on slowly but surely and batting wise he has always been fine. Ambrose is lucky to even be on the tour, there's much better keepers on the county circuit.

i agree with outlaw, what the hell is ambrose doing over there with the likes of steven davies, chris read, craig kieswetter and james foster watching the series at home on the sofa! after the summer ambrose had he definately should not be on the tour, should be getting experience playing regular cricket for warwickshire....

Ben Scott is a decent keeper and top batsman.

Steve Davies is in the ODI squad, spoke to him recently and he's gagging to get out there and make the most of any chance he may get, I hope England give him a shot he had a superb season he could fulfill the opening role which has eluded England in ODI's for a while now, and his keeping is very tidy.

Steve Davies looked really good last year and hopefully he'll get a go in the ODI's because Prior didn't look up to opening in India.
