Ian Pont. Revolutionised the coaching of fast bowlers. Much more of a specialist than an all round 'Woolmer' type though.

Ian Pont!! There is a name from the past. Has done wonders with a hell of alot of people i know. the man does speak and speak and speak, but all that speak and all his coaching will work. his biggest thing is to coach 'fast' bowlers on the 'front foot block and drop step' to gain pace.

Also the only professional cricketer to play professional baseball. He held the world record for the longest throwing arm at one point too, not sure if he still does. A man who knows his stuff by all accounts.

Didn't set ther world alight as a first class cricketer. Funny how alot of the best coaches have fairly average playing careers.
