Bit Late I know but my club are looking at gettin some covers. Any ideas where to get then from? Anybody use a certain type which you can recommend?

we have ones that are on wheels so are easy to put on/take off etc, not cheap though.

Yeah we are looking at either those or a decent sheet. Seen somewhere a sheet that comes on like an inflatable drum?

After having the same covers for the last 25/30 years, last year we applied for two grants for two sets of covers (one from Sport England and the other from Viridor), supposedly for a set for seniors and juniors. Surprisingly we got both sets. Has your club had a look at the possibility of applying for a grant?

If you are after RORO covers look at Stuart Canvas, JMS cricket we have pluvius which seem ok purchased second hand

Where did you find them second hand? We have a couple of grand in the bank to play with but are looking into grants. Just trying to being the club up to date. Boundary rope last year, elec scoreboard on its way and hopefully covers.

anybody ever tried making their own? we are thinking the single slope design shouldnt be too hard to replicate. how heavy duty is the corrugated sheeting?
