Bat Grips
« on: May 16, 2011, 01:39:07 PM »

Hi,

I wanted to add another grip to my Kook Big Kahuna. I need the handle to be a bit bigger than normal, what is the best style of grip like octopus, half moon et all . I was also looking in an Aero grip. Any benfit in that kind of grip?

Regards

I had an oz grip a while back, they are 1.5 grips in thickness but I'm not sure where you can get them.

If you want to thicken the handle then get a diamond grip and stick it underneath the current grip.

The Aero grip has to be put directly on to the binding but is 1.5 tes as thick as a normal grip (like an oz grip) so if you need two grips then don't go for an Aero grip

You can wrap electrical insulation tape around the bat handle to make it thicker, then apply the aero grip

Ahh right, okay. I thought I'd heard Phil @ Aero say it. My mistake
