I dislocated one and it's still not gone down properly 10 weeks later. I wouldn't risk it, personally, get to A+E and see if there's any lasting damage.

there were a couple of gp's there who were happy with it, but they said not to play untill next wednesday, there is no swelling now, and only a little stiffness along the 'proximal phalanges' (according to an internet diagram)

I'd review your decision in the morning, may be a little sore then ;)

Having broken every finger bar 1 and a thumb they reckon it takes 6 weeks on avg for a break to fully heal but if you can put up with it you'll be fine to play

Just get a lolly pop stick between the fingers make sure it is straight then tape up

I broke my little finger  in three places 4 weeks ago and played a 20/20 last night...bloody hell that hurt! Still throwing the ball back to the bowler with my wrong hand and when I took guard and, forgetting, smacked my bat down making a mark I felt faint. Dont risk it its not worth it for a few games

My broken little finger was fine to play after five weeks. Worth resting up rather than pushing it though.

At school i dislocated a finger and the p.e teacher didnt recognise it, i was only 13. Lived with it for a week, and when the pain became excruciating, went to a7e and had it slotted back in. The doctors and nurses couldnt believe I had lived with a dislocated finger for a week!!! The finger has never eally got better, still alittle bent
