If I don't wear inners, my gloves are gone after 10-15 overs if its hot as I sweat a lot. I always wear inners though, so I just change the inners every 10-15 overs so my palms feel dry.

Swap them only if they have got soaked and the bat feels like it twisting...don't generally last long enough to swap te too often

I have 2 pairs of inners and 1 pair of gloves, I never change inners as I think, I'm going well so no need! My inners and gloves could easily stink out a changing room!

Only done it once when I got my first ton. I never sweat much when batting really, hence practically new looking pads after two years.

Rarely if ever swap unless they are really sweaty

The first cricket box was used in 1874.  The first cricket helmet was introduced in 1974. So, it took 100 years for men to twig that their brains were also worth protecting.

Never change them, if i was good enough to play 2 day cricket i could see myself changing possibly but the most i am likely to bat is 53 overs so don't need to change.
